Privacy Policy

Everyday Tools Offline is an offline-first utility app published under the Minigames Design domain. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used. Developer and support contact: muzil7734@gmail.com.

Local files and tool inputs

The app lets you choose images, videos, PDF, Markdown, TXT, DXF files, bank-statement exports, QR images, and other inputs so it can run local tools. These selected files, bank accounts, balances, transaction details, generated images, generated GIFs, QR content, watermark text, AI-source clue results, workbench measurements, and scan results are processed on your device. They are not uploaded to our servers.

Device permissions

• File, photo, and video pickers are used only when you choose content to open, read, scan, compress, resize, watermark, inspect, convert, or reference.
• When a supported document is opened through Android's system file manager or the in-app document picker on Android or iOS, that document can be copied into the app cache so the local reader can display it. The app deletes the managed copy when the reader closes or replaces the document. Inactive orphaned copies are removed by later cache maintenance, and the cache has file-count and storage limits. Cached documents remain local to the device.
• Camera access is used for live QR code scanning and for receiving nearby files from animated QR frames. Camera frames are processed on device and are not uploaded by the app.
• Gallery or storage access is requested when you save generated images, GIFs, QR codes, or other supported outputs to your device album. Android legacy external-storage permission is limited to Android 10 and below.
• Network access is used for Firebase Remote Config, store/support links, and this developer website. Core tools remain usable without uploading your chosen files. The iOS 0.1.4 release does not make ad or consent-form requests.

Accounts, analytics, crash reporting, and updates

• The app does not require an account.
• The current app release does not include Firebase Analytics. Internal low-cardinality product-event hooks use a no-operation destination and do not send telemetry.
• Analytics events are designed not to include raw selected files, filenames, file paths, URLs, decoded QR values, watermark text, bank accounts, balances, transaction amounts, counterparties, references, descriptions, search text, contact values, free-form notes, or exception messages.
• The current app release does not include Firebase Crashlytics and does not upload crash reports through that service.
• Firebase Remote Config is used for version update checks, platform store update links, and optional release notes. Supported Android builds may also use it for remotely controlled advertising settings. Firebase Installations and Remote Config may process an app-installation identifier, configuration fetch metadata, device/app information, and coarse region signals needed to deliver and evaluate configuration values. This data is not combined with an Everyday Tools account because the app has no accounts.

Ads and consent

The iOS 0.1.4 release does not include Google Mobile Ads or Google User Messaging Platform. It makes no ad requests, shows no ads, and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission or access to the IDFA.

A supported Android release may include remotely controlled AdMob interstitial ads and Google User Messaging Platform privacy choices. If that Android advertising path is shipped and enabled, it is subject to consent state, frequency limits, cooldowns, session and daily caps, and the applicable Google disclosures. The app does not use banner ads. Android advertising availability may differ by release, region, consent state, and network conditions; it is not part of the iOS 0.1.4 binary.

Sharing

If you use the system share sheet, your chosen destination app or service receives the file or text you decide to share. Their privacy practices are controlled by that service, not by Everyday Tools Offline.

Local settings and deletion

The app may store local preferences such as language choice and tool order on your device. Supported Android advertising builds may also store local ad-frequency counters. You can delete local app data through the operating system, uninstall the app, revoke permissions in system settings, or contact us for privacy questions. Because the app does not create user accounts, we may not be able to identify device-local data after it leaves your device.

Developer site

This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process standard request data such as IP address, user agent, and request logs for security, delivery, and reliability.

Children

Everyday Tools Offline is a general utility app and is not directed to children under 13.

Third-party services

The iOS 0.1.4 app and website use service providers including Google/Firebase, Apple's App Store, and Cloudflare. Android releases may additionally use Google Play and, if the advertising path is shipped and enabled, Google Mobile Ads and Google User Messaging Platform. These providers process data under their own privacy terms and platform rules.

Changes

We may update this policy as the app changes, especially if production ads, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, or account features change. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
